Video Posters

Video posters are posters designed for the release of a movie on videocassette. These were usually hung in video stores. The poster's design can be either similar to the theatrical released poster's design or have an entirely different image of its own. Somewhere on the poster it will say the word "Video" on it.

With the popularity streaming and the future elimination of the Videocassette players, video posters are on the verge of extinction. Currently, video posters do not carry much value (there are exceptions) but that market may emerge in the future.
